Well, Florida life is good. The last few months have been very hard for me spriritually but I am starting to see breakthrough, there are a lot of random prayer gatherings springing up and that helped me with a breakthrough. Taking 16 credit hours of school. Doing a lot better this semester, got As so far. I guess I kind of rediscovered descipline in my life. I kind of went on vacation for 4 months after leaving Teen Mania...it wasn't good. Rejecting friends and hangout time is hard, especially after being gone for three years. Dan M. and I are starting our first home soon. We got the surveyers under contract and are getting bids from the other sub-contractors. Going to the national home builders conference with Dan and my dad next weekend. I got Dan and I tickets that cost $400 each for free. Dan and Matt call me the master negotiator/people manipulator. I know that sounds bad but I don't try to manipulate, just make connections and deals. It's a skill I think perfected working on the phones at Teen Mania. We hope to get our non-profit organization up soon so we can raise money and use the profits from our building to help the poor oversees. In the summer I have the option of going to China to the olympics to make international contacts, to go to Haiti with some of our contacts who are doing what I want to do oversees, or to go as a TL on a GE trip. All cost money, hard choices. Nick Dukeman joined the army. I think he will do great at protecting our country. And I have a secret brewing that I can not yet reveal. Trent McNabb |
